Hey, thanks for the mention. Weber sent me the manuscript and I flipped over it. His advice on online merchandising for authors is second to none. And you're right that the Amazon stuff was very eye-opening.

One thing I like about Weber -- and you and me for that matter -- is he doesn't oversell it. Most of the tactics he talks about take time and produce marginal results. But all of them together add up to a powerful campaign.

It's hard to find people like Steve Weber who have enough experience to make convincing recommendations and are willing to spill their secrets. Looks like us old timers are going to have to slide over and make some room on the guru shelf for Steve Weber.
